Clean Water Advocate Slams Budd For Votes Against PFAS Clean Up

In a new op-ed this morning, Clean Cape Fear Co-Founder Emily Donovan highlight’s Ted Budd’s toxic record failing North Carolina families impacted by PFAS contaminants in their drinking water. Despite reports revealing North Carolinians with contaminated water were more likely to develop chronic diseases, like heart disease and cancer, Congressman Budd has voted time and time again against bipartisan efforts to take action to address PFAS, help families live a healthier life, and hold corporations accountable for poisoning North Carolina’s drinking water.
