North Carolinians deserve judges who will keep our courtrooms fair and ensure equal justice under the law.
Judges make important decisions that affect North Carolinians every day. It is crucial for ALL North Carolinians that judges make fair and impartial decisions based on the law and facts alone – not political ideology, or status, or wealth, or special interest. The rule of law, an orderly and civil society, equal protection and due process, and the preservation of our constitutional rights are at stake.
One justicesof the seven-member North Carolina Supreme Court and three judges of the fifteen-member North Carolina Court of Appeals will be elected by North Carolina voters on November 5, 2024. Terms for seats on each court are eight years.
