According to new reporting from WBTV, North Carolinians are worried about rising costs this holiday season and expect to spend $200 more on average, thanks to Michael Whatley’s tariffs.
As the trade war drives up costs for consumers, Whatley has called the tariffs “record setting in terms of […] effectiveness” and said he supports them “wholeheartedly.”
