Marking the six-month anniversary of the Capitol insurrection, NCDP Chair Bobbie Richardson penned an op-ed this morning calling out Republican Senate candidates Congressman Ted Budd and former Congressman Mark Walker for their inability to stand up for democracy and siding with Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The former president’s hold on today’s GOP remains strong as his loyalty tests fuel a chaotic primary season for North Carolina Republicans.
