On a radio show Tuesday, Congressman Budd dodged a question asking whether he supports the bipartisan gun safety framework in the U.S. Senate by claiming he “has his hands full in the House.” That wouldn’t pass the smell test for his GOP primary opponents who consistently railed on him for “never passing anything” and having “no record of success.”
