Special Keynote Speaker: Anita Earls, Democratic candidate for the NC Supreme Court. Rally includes a barbecue dinner and the installation of 2018 inductees to the WataugaDems Hall of Fame. Free parking in the Rivers Street Parking Deck, with easy access to rally site via the overhead walkway. Tickets $10 each (available after August at 744 W. King St. -- party HDQs) or at the door.
