North Carolina senior: “I can’t stay silent as Michael Whatley profits off of North Carolina seniors who are paying more for life saving medication.”

A North Carolina senior is calling out DC insider and Big Oil Lobbyist Michael Whatley for helping pass legislation that drives up prescription drug costs for seniors while sending his Big Pharma stocks soaring. 

Whatley “help[ed] build support for the bill” which delays or exempts certain prescription drugs from Medicare price negotiation, “boosting profits for pharmaceutical companies” and their stockholders like Whatley while seniors are left with “steep out-of-pocket costs.”

We can’t trust Whatley to represent us in the U.S. Senate, because he has shown he will only fight for himself and his bank account, while increasing costs for North Carolina families.”
