安德森-克莱顿主席
安德森-克莱顿是北卡罗来纳州民主党的现任主席。安德森-克莱顿 25 岁当选，是最年轻的州民主党主席。克莱顿主席在北卡罗来纳州罗克斯伯勒长大，毕业于阿巴拉契亚州立大学。她曾参与众议员凯西-曼宁（Kathy Manning）的国会竞选活动，在爱荷华州担任卡马拉-哈里斯（Kamala Harris）和伊丽莎白-沃伦（Elizabeth Warren）总统竞选活动的现场组织者，之后又参与了艾米-麦格拉斯（Amy McGrath）的参议院竞选活动。在当选北卡罗来纳州民主党主席之前，克莱顿主席曾担任她的家乡 Person 县民主党主席。克莱顿主席居住在北卡罗来纳州罗克斯伯勒。

第二副主席 Kimberly Hardy 博士
Kimberly Hardy 博士当选为 2023 年北卡罗来纳州民主党第二副主席。她还担任北卡罗来纳州民主党妇女第二副主席，并曾任坎伯兰郡民主党妇女主席。 Hardy 博士还曾是北卡罗来纳州众议院第 43 选区的候选人。除在北卡罗来纳州民主党工作外，Hardy 博士还曾是一名学校社会工作者，现任费耶特维尔州立大学社会工作学院副教授，主要从事社会工作、公共卫生和宗教/灵性交叉领域的教学和研究工作。哈迪博士在摩根州立大学获得博士学位和社会工作学士学位，在俄亥俄州立大学获得社会工作硕士学位。

财务主任 Deniese Chaney
Deniese Chaney 是北卡罗来纳州民主党的财务主管。她还担任奥兰治县奇克斯选区副主席，此前曾担任奥兰治县民主党助理财务主管。她是土生土长的 Tarheel 人、狂热的老爷车爱好者、业余摄影师和终身热爱的 UNC Tarheels；她毕业于 UNC Gillings 全球公共卫生学院，获得公共卫生硕士学位。她曾在联合国大学教堂分校工作了 25 年，并在医疗保健管理和 IT 咨询领域工作了 20 多年。
2016 年大选后，德尼丝意识到自己不能再袖手旁观，于是她开始积极投身政治活动。她认为，作为民主党人，如果我们希望在 2024 年大选后还能拥有民主，我们就必须用全部精力来分享我们的成就、赢得选民的支持并打击错误信息。Deniese 致力于这一议程，并将她的能量和支持带入全国民主党民主党团队，帮助北卡罗来纳州变蓝，扩大我们在华盛顿的领导地位。
Assoc. of County Chairs President Beth Kendall
Beth Kendall is the President of the North Carolina Democratic Party County Chairs Association where she works to support, connect, and empower county leaders across the state.
A Physician Assistant by training, Beth brings a science-driven, problem-solving mindset to politics. As Chair of the Iredell County Democratic Party since 2020 and a former candidate for County Commissioner, she’s helped build durable local infrastructure, expand volunteer capacity, and prove that deep organizing in red counties can shift conversations, turnout, and expectations.
Beth grew up in rural Wilkes County, graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BS in Biology and then from Methodist University with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She is a currently practicing PA specializing in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She lives in southeastern Iredell County with her husband, two stepchildren and two golden retrievers. A marathon runner and CrossFitter, she believes that the persistence required to finish a race is the same persistence democracy demands: showing up, doing the work, and refusing to give up on our communities.
