North Carolina Democratic Party's

2019 Women of Color Leadership Forum

Our Vision | Our Voice | Our Vote

Saturday, August 10th | Durham, NC

Join North Carolina Democrats for our second annual Women of Color Leadership Forum at NCCU on August 10th.

The 2018 election was a huge success for our nation, our states, and our communities. Women of Color were elected in record numbers and the Democratic Party won victories up and down the ticket. Women of color were a driving force behind this election phenomenon.

The 2020 Election is right around the corner, so there’s no time to waste. At this year’s Forum, leaders from across the state will work together to:

  • Strengthen and sharpen our collective vision
  • Expand and elevate our voice
  • Empower communities to vote

Our goal is to equip women of color with strategies for engaging and a stronger network. But most importantly, we hope women leave committed to the power they have to bring change.
