North Carolinians Deserve to Know: What Does Former RNC Chair Whatley Know And How Long Has He Known It?
As the U.S. House releases new emails and files from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, Michael Whatley continues to be complicit in covering up the Epstein files.
Whatley was the Chair of the RNC when Attorney General Pam Bondi promised to release a client list that was sitting on her desk but later claimed no such list existed. Shortly after, Whatley downplayed the files as a tactic “to try and change the narrative” in an interview on the Howie Carr Show:
Howie Carr [27:58]: “Yeah, you know, they’re trying to make a big deal out of Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein, and you know, the Wall Street Journal, of course, is leading the way. But, I mean, don’t you think the Democrats are just trying to distract from these revelations that Tulsi Gabbard has been putting out this week about just what a conspiracy it really was to create this Russian collusion hoax back in 2016, 2017?”
Michael Whatley [28:26]: “Yeah, there’s no question about it, the Democrats have just taken a hard pivot from Russia, Russia, Russia to Epstein, Epstein, Epstein, you know, and they’re trying to do anything they can to try and change the narrative. But the fact is, the President is continuing to, you know, deliver every single day for the American people…
Now, amid the release of new emails and files, Whatley hasn’t said a word. North Carolinians deserve to know: What does Whatley know and how long has he known it?
“Michael Whatley has been complicit in helping his fellow DC insiders cover up the Epstein files, and he owes North Carolinians an explanation – what exactly does he know and how long has he known it?” said North Carolina Democratic Party Chair Anderson Clayton. “Regardless of whether he finally fesses up, let’s be clear – Whatley helping hide the truth in this cover up is disgusting and disqualifying.”
