NCDP Treasurer Muriel Offerman
Treasurer Muriel Offerman served as the Secretary of Revenue for the State of North Carolina. She currently serves as Deputy Chair for Programs, Employment Security Commission of North Carolina.
Muriel is President of the Women's Forum of North Carolina and has served as a member of the Democratic National Committee. She is married to Max Offerman and lives in Cary.
