NCDP Second Vice Chair Delmas Parker
Delmas Parker, Second Vice Chair, has served at every level of politics in the Party, from the precinct level to the leadership of the State Party.
His public service includes: Ashe County Chair, Vice Chair of the 5th and 10th Congressional Districts, Chair of the 5th Congressional District, a candidate for Congress in the 5th Congressional District, member of the State Executive Committee, member of the State Platform and Resolutions Committee, and member of the North Carolina Democratic Party State Executive Council. Delmas lives in Clemmons and is married to Sue Lewis Parker. He has one son and three grandchildren.
