*The Sanford Hunt Frye Dinner now in its fifth year,  is one of the most popular NCDP events, with more than 500 people attending each year to listen to tributes to the statesmen — Govs. Terry Sanford and Jim Hunt, and Chief Justice Henry Frye — who have inspired generations of Democrats to use their lives to serve others in their communities.

DIRECTIONS

From Charlotte: 

Take 74 east (independence boulevard) towards Laurinburg.  Take 401 north to Fayetteville.  Turn right onto the All American Freeway, we are three lights up on the left hand side.

From New Bern:

Take 76 West to I-95 South.  Take exit 56 (business 95).  Turn right onto Owen Drive,  The Holiday Inn is five lights up on the right.

From Raleigh:

Take I-40 East to I-95 South.  Take exit 56 (business 95). Turn right on to Owen Drive, The Holiday Inn is five lights up on the right.

From Wilmington:

Take 74 west to 87 north.  Turn left on to East Mountain Drive.  Turn right (North) on to Business 95.  Turn left on to Owen Drive; we are 5 lights up on the right-hand side.
