Where does Gov. McCrory stand on gun sales to suspected terrorists?

Raleigh, NC – Today, NCDP Chair Patsy Keever called on Governor Pat McCrory to take a stand on Attorney General Roy Cooper’s call to stop selling guns in North Carolina to suspected terrorists on the federal Terrorist Watch list and No-Fly List.

Statement from NCDP Chair Patsy Keever:

“Suspected terrorists should not be able to legally purchase their weapons in North Carolina. If you are deemed too dangerous to get on an airplane, then you shouldn’t be able to come to North Carolina to buy your guns. We need to take the threat of terrorism seriously – will Governor McCrory take action to protect our families?”
